Which integrations does the CSB ERP ship with by default?+
More than 30 productive integrations out of the box: motorcycle manufacturers (BMW Motorrad certified, Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, KTM, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Husqvarna, Triumph, Piaggio/Vespa), wholesalers (Hartje, veloconnect, Paschburg, MSA), listing portals (mobile.de, BIDaBIKE, AutoScout24, 1000PS), accounting (DATEV with SKR03/SKR04/SKR51), payment (TSE, EC payment terminals, PayPal Plus), shipping (DHL, DPD) and compliance (TSE, KassenSichV, GoBD, GDPdU, GDPR). Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Otto) are paid add-on modules.
Is CSB a BMW Motorrad certified software partner?+
Yes. The BMW Motorrad integration in the CSB ERP is certified by the manufacturer. Master data, price files, orders, warranty handling and data formats are productive and are maintained in the data formats required by BMW Motorrad.
Which wholesale integrations does CSB support?+
veloconnect (industry standard in bicycle wholesale, including Hartje / "Mein Hartje"), plus integrations such as Paschburg and MSA. Orders and goods receipts run from the ERP – without parallel maintenance in wholesale portals, where the integration covers it.
Can Amazon, eBay and Otto be operated directly from CSB?+
Yes – as a paid add-on module. Amazon, eBay and Otto Market can be connected directly to the ERP – with listings, central stock, automatic stock reconciliation and order intake. One shared stock pool for store, online shop and marketplaces.
Which vehicle listing portals are integrated?+
mobile.de, BIDaBIKE, AutoScout24 and 1000PS. Vehicles are listed directly from the CSB inventory, including images, prices, equipment and status (available, reserved, sold).
Which compliance standards does CSB meet?+
TSE-certified POS (KassenSichV), GoBD-compliant cash book, GDPdU reports for tax audits and GDPR tools including right to erasure. Compliance is maintained on an ongoing basis – CSB customers don't have to rebuild regulatory logic themselves.
Does CSB support DATEV with the SKR51 chart of accounts?+
Yes. DATEV voucher export with support for SKR03, SKR04 and SKR51 (the German automotive chart of accounts) for franchised dealers. Pre-allocation of revenue, payments and goods-in postings is integrated, as is document handover to the tax advisor.
What does an additional manufacturer integration cost in CSB?+
Most integrations are included in the standard product at no extra cost. Exception: marketplace connectors (Amazon, eBay, Otto) are paid add-on modules. All manufacturer, wholesale, vehicle-portal and compliance integrations are standard. For individual integration requests we evaluate case by case whether they can be added generically to the standard product – in that case at no additional charge. For dealer-specific custom integrations we prepare a scoped quote.
