POS & sales

Integrated POS with TSE fiscal device, GoBD-compliant cash book, payment terminals, receipt printer and cash drawer. Optional receipt or full invoice. With customer records, discount logic, vouchers and all common payment types.

Workshop & order processing

From intake to invoice. Model-specific maintenance plans built in, clean separation of preparation costs, warranty, goodwill and chargeable work. Labor values (AWS) and third-party work integrated. With time-clock (attendance and time tracking) and hour booking per job.

Inventory, purchasing & stocktake

Stock live, automated reorder suggestions based on sales history and minimum quantities. Cut-off and rolling inventory with counting and difference lists. Label printing for price tags and shelf labels directly from stock.

Vehicle trading & typing

New and used vehicles, trade-ins, reservations, test rides, handovers and rentals. Winter and tyre storage with feedback. Frame-number workflow and vehicle typing for seamless service history. Direct upload to mobile.de, BIDaBIKE, AutoScout24 and 1000PS.

CRM & customer communication

Built-in CRM with case-relevant customer data. Personalized SMS and emails from the job, mail merges by criteria. GDPR features including right to erasure.

Online retail & shipping

One data core for store and web: CSB online shop (separate product) and marketplace connectors (Amazon, eBay, Otto as paid add-ons). Shipping via DHL, DPD and more carriers · PayPal Plus, PayDirekt – cancellation from inside CSB.

Reporting & dealer benchmarking

Revenue, margin, workshop utilization, top customers, season trends – at the click of a button. Dealer benchmarking (HBV) directly from the system. Reports even by weather conditions. Drill-down from total revenue to single line item.

Accounting integration

Pre-coding of revenue, payments and goods receipts. DATEV export supporting SKR03, SKR04 and SKR51 (German automotive chart of accounts). GoBD-/GDPdU-compliant.

  • What does the CSB ERP cover?+

    The CSB ERP combines POS, workshop, inventory, purchasing, vehicle sales, CRM, online shop, marketplaces and accounting in one software with a shared data core. Built specifically for motorcycle, bicycle, accessories, garden equipment and outdoor dealers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Used by approximately 900 dealers, from single-mechanic workshops to multi-brand dealers.

  • Which manufacturer integrations does the CSB ERP support?+

    More than 30 productive integrations by default. Motorcycle: BMW Motorrad (certified), Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, KTM, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Husqvarna, Triumph, Piaggio/Vespa. Wholesale: Hartje ("Mein Hartje" B2B portal), veloconnect (live availability), Paschburg, MSA. Master data, price files, orders and warranty handling run directly from the ERP – no Excel maintenance, no duplicate data entry.

  • Is the CSB ERP DATEV-compatible and does it support SKR51?+

    Yes. The ERP exports vouchers via DATEV to your accounting system and supports the German charts of accounts SKR03, SKR04 and SKR51 (the automotive chart of accounts) for authorized dealers. Pre-allocation of revenue, payments and goods-in postings is integrated. GoBD- and GDPdU-compliant.

  • Does the CSB ERP comply with KassenSichV via TSE?+

    Yes. The integrated POS is connected to a TSE fiscal device and complies with the German cash register security regulation (KassenSichV). The cash book is GoBD-compliant; EC payment terminals, receipt printer and cash drawer are integrated out of the box. Receipt or full A4 invoice, with customer records, discount logic, vouchers and all common payment types.

  • Can the online shop, Amazon, eBay and Otto be operated directly from the CSB ERP?+

    Yes – technically from one data core. The CSB online shop is a separate product and is maintained directly from the ERP (one stock for store and web). Marketplace integrations to Amazon, eBay and Otto Market are paid add-on modules with central stock and automatic reconciliation. Shipping via DHL and DPD, payment options such as PayPal Plus – each with cancellation directly from within CSB.

  • What dealer sizes does the CSB ERP fit?+

    From a single-mechanic workshop to multi-brand dealers. Currently around 900 dealers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland run on CSB.

  • How does the CSB ERP differ from generic ERPs such as JTL-Wawi or SAP Business One?+

    The CSB ERP is an industry ERP: vehicle history with serial number/VIN, model-specific maintenance plans, workshop order with time tracking, productive manufacturer integrations (BMW certified, Honda, Yamaha, KTM, Ducati, Harley-Davidson …) and SKR51 accounting are available out of the box. In generic ERPs such as JTL-Wawi, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or xentral, these capabilities only exist through paid customisation.

    Yes. CSB offers a free demo directly with the sales team – no contract, no automatic renewal. Training: open training EUR 200 per module excl.
