Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party. Right to information, rectification, blocking, erasure

Server log files

In server log files, the provider of this website automatically collects and stores information that your browser transmits to us automatically. These are:

• Browser type and browser version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address

These data are not merged with other data sources. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact form

Data transmitted via the contact form, including your contact details, will be stored in order to process your request or to be available for follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

The processing of data entered into the contact form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may revoke this consent at any time. An informal notification by email is sufficient to do so. The lawfulness of the data processing operations carried out prior to revocation remains unaffected.

Data submitted via the contact form will remain with us until you request its deletion, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.

Newsletter (Rapidmail)

We use the Rapidmail service to send our newsletter (provider: rapidmail GmbH, Augustinerplatz 2, 79098 Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany). On signup, the email address you provide and, if applicable, further information are transmitted to Rapidmail and stored there.

Signup uses the double opt-in procedure. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link contained in every email or by sending us an informal message by email. The lawfulness of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected.

YouTube

Our website uses plugins from YouTube to integrate and display video content. The provider of the video portal is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

When you access a page with an integrated YouTube plugin, a connection is established with YouTube’s servers. YouTube is thereby informed which of our pages you have visited.

YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile if you are logged into your YouTube account. You can prevent this by logging out beforehand.

YouTube is used in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The data is stored on servers within the European Union and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

We configure Matomo to run without analytics cookies on this website (disableCookies). No cookie banner is required for this purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in analysing and optimising our web offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this processing at any time using the opt-out below.

IP anonymisation

We configure Matomo to shorten IP addresses before storage (the last two bytes of IPv4 addresses are removed). We do not use Matomo for cross-site tracking or advertising profiles.
