CSB update

Current release and how to run an update.

We release new builds regularly – with fixes, regulatory updates and new features. The update can be started directly from the CSB ERP.

CSB program update

To run a program update, start menu point 9-F "Programmupdate CSB" inside the CSB ERP. Follow the on-screen instructions and make sure all stations in the branch are closed before the update runs.

Recommended preparation

Verify a recent server backup (ideally from the previous day).
Close all CSB stations – only the update station remains active.
Run end-of-day before the update if applicable.

If the update does not complete

If the update aborts unexpectedly, please contact support immediately – outside office hours via the emergency line. Do not run further updates or restores until we have checked the state.
