TSE order
Make your POS compliant with the German cash-register security regulation (KassenSichV).
The core of the KassenSichV is the integration of a technical security device (TSE). It is mandatory for all cash and cash-like (EC, credit card) payments. The simplest setup is a TSE as a USB stick.
Order the TSE USB stick directly from CSB
Order your TSE stick directly from us. You receive the stick along with detailed instructions on how to install and configure it in the CSB ERP.
Important: only TSE sticks bought from CSB are compatible with the CSB ERP. Third-party devices cannot be connected.
Setup in the business
- The TSE is usually set up on the server and can be used by multiple POS stations.
- A TSE may not be used across locations – every branch needs its own TSE.
- For receipt output, end-of-day or DSFinV-K export questions, our support team is happy to help.
