What is the format of the open training sessions?

Open training runs via GoToWebinar. Each module consists of two sessions of approx. 2.5 hours (09:30 – approx. 12:00). You need a PC with internet access plus speakers, a headset or a phone.

Who runs the training?

Experienced support staff from our team, working daily with the software and with dealers. Not external trainers – people who already know your questions.

What is the difference between open training and company training?

The content is identical – the difference is who attends and what is practised on. Open training is attended by multiple businesses simultaneously. Company training is exclusively for your team, on your own practice version. The curriculum is fixed in both cases.

Can we request custom topics for company training?

No – company training follows the same fixed curriculum as the open sessions. Questions about the material are welcome at any time. Custom topics and reports are not part of the programme.

Do we need our own practice environment?

Not for open training – there we use a shared training environment. For company training you need to set up your own CSB practice version beforehand.

Company Training

The same training – exclusively for your team.

If multiple employees need to be onboarded at once, company training is the right choice. You get the same training as in the open sessions – but exclusively for your team, on your own practice version.

Please note: custom topics or specific requests cannot be submitted in advance – the training follows the fixed curriculum. Reports and analytics are not covered, as these vary too much from business to business.

Training questions

In short

CSB training is delivered directly by support staff of the CSB team in Augustfehn (Lower Saxony, Germany) – people with long-standing experience in motorcycle retail and workshops, not an external provider. Two formats, transparently priced (as of 2026): Open training EUR 200 per module excl. VAT, 2 sessions per module of approx. 2.5 hours each via GoToWebinar, binding registration via online form, shared training environment. Modules: BASICS (article master data, customer master data, suppliers, import manufacturer data, product groups, price calculation, POS, purchase orders, goods receipt, stocktaking, etc.) and VEHICLE/WORKSHOP (vehicle master data, vehicle job, workshop job, appointment calendar, time tracking/time module, ETK import, trade-in, winter storage, etc.). Company training EUR 2,500 flat excl. VAT, 4 mornings, maximum 10 participants – same content as the open training, exclusively for one business on its own practice version (the customer must set up the practice version themselves in advance). Fixed curriculum in both cases – custom topics cannot be submitted in advance, reports and analytics are not covered. Questions about the course material are welcome at any time.
